I find that Hong Kong is rot one of the Colonies which furnishes prints of Blue Book Reports for publica- tion here. The first question therefore on this paper is

like that which has been raised on the Gold Coast paper,

namely, is the type of this Report still standing, and

could the necessary thousand copies be printed off in

the Colony without undue expense.

Mr.Rockett, with whom I have discussed this

matter, is on the whole against it, and I should be in-

clined to edit the Report on the lines which we have adopted
